PURPOSE: Assisting the project management on site

KEY RESULT AREAS	SUCCESS MEASURES	SKILLS + EXPERIENCE	CORE COMPETENCIES
Key responsibilities: Assisting with the project management on site, managing resources to comply with all health and safety standards Setting out works on site with GPS and survey as built information Bringing the technical knowledge of what is being delivered to the workforce on site Ensuring the quality plan is followed and record data on site Completing risk assessments / method statement for works on site Reporting site progress in line with KPIs outlined Updating and management of site programme for works Working close with site quantity surveyor to monitor site costs and report value Attending client meetings as required	Works are carried out safely on site Ensure good client and project team relationship Building a relationship with our supply chain to emboss a team ethos	Degree Qualified Y3 placement with relevant industry employer Excellent time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines Clean driving license Passion to learn and excel Ambition to progress to project management	Use of MS Office tools Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team Willingness to learn and challenge yourself to improve daily
