Key responsibilities:
- Management of works on site to ensure they are carried out safely
- Oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Project Managers responsibilities
- Continually monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the RAMS and address where necessary
- Ensure works are carried out to the specification and quality records are in place to demonstrate such
- Programme the works
- Compile and manage the project budget
- Keeping up to date records for works undertaken
- Continually improving performance on site to maximise output safely
- Lead on site to embody the H&S ethos of the business is embraced by the site personnel
- Lead meetings and articulate the issues found on site

- Works are planned and carried out efficiently
- Ensure good client and project team relationship
- Building a relationship with our supply chain to emboss a team ethos
- Build a relationship with the client’s management team on site to win confidence on how the works are carried out daily
- Develop and encourage the team to improve and progress through the organisation

- SMSTS
- 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree/Msc
- Temporary Works Co-Ordinator
- Asbestos Awareness
- Lifting Supervisor
- Clean driving license
- MS Office literate
