Environment & Sustainability
Responsible Today. Resilient Tomorrow.
At Duo Group, we believe we have a responsibility to care for and protect the environment in which we operate. Sustainability is not just an add-on—it’s embedded in how we think, plan, and deliver across the Group.
We are fully committed to improving environmental performance across all areas of our business and encourage our partners, suppliers, and local communities to join us in this effort.
Certified Commitment
We operate under an Environmental Management System certified to BS EN ISO 14001:2015, ensuring we meet all relevant statutory and regulatory environmental requirements. This system enables us to actively monitor and reduce our environmental footprint.

Key Environmental Impacts
We recognise our core environmental impacts to be in the following areas:
- Energy consumption
- Raw material usage
- Waste generation
- Emissions to air, water, and land
- Water usage
- Transport fuel use
- Procurement and supply chain activity
- Meet and, where reasonably practicable, exceed, the requirements of all relevant legislation.
- Integrate environmental factors into business decisions.
- Seek to reduce consumption of materials in all operations. Re-use rather than dispose of whenever possible and promote recycling and the use of recycled materials.
- Implement energy and water conservation schemes.
- Promote energy efficiency in new services, buildings and products and manage energy wisely in all operations.
- Reduce, wherever reasonably practicable, the level of harmful emissions.
- Ensure that our products make efficient use of resources and can be reused or recycled at the end of their working life, as far as is reasonably practicable.
- Work with our suppliers to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment.
- Site our buildings, structures and operational plant so as to minimise the visual impression or noise and other such impacts on the local environment.
- Include environmental issues in training programmes and encourage sound environmental practices by all staff.
- Respond to the concerns of the local community and other interested parties.
Prevent pollution by ensuring that appropriate spillage containment measures are in place, and that exhausts and noise control provisions are properly maintained. - Set environmental management objectives based on the significant environmental aspects that we have identified.
We monitor our environmental objectives to ensure that they are achieved and seek to continually improve our environmental performance.
