Key Benefits
Integrated Pre and After Screens
The H4e cone crusher is equipped with a large triple deck after screen measuring
1500 mm x 3600 mm, allowing the machine to produce up to three finished
product sizes on a single chassis. When combined with the optional
1200 mm x 1800 mm pre screen, up to four product fractions can be produced
in a single pass, making it ideal for quarrying and aggregate production.
Removable Generator Module
The removable generator module improves service access and allows the engine to be
positioned away from the dusty crushing environment during operation. This helps reduce
maintenance requirements, lowers service costs, and extends the working life of the machine.
Power Source for Additional Equipment
The generator module can also supply power to additional equipment such as an independent
screener or stacking conveyor. This allows the H4e to operate as part of a fully electric
processing train, improving site efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
Fuel Efficient Hybrid Drive
The H4e features a hybrid drive system combining a 345 kW diesel generator module
with a 132 kW electric crusher drive. This design allows the crusher and connected
machines to operate electrically, reducing fuel consumption and operating costs. Under typical
operating conditions fuel consumption can be reduced to around 30 litres per hour.
